Come get your hands dirty in the medicinal herb garden!  Many gardeners grow medicinal herbs, but hesitate when it comes time to dig up the roots.  Join the herb share members as we show you how to respectfully harvest and prepare medicinal roots to be used as medicine.  Roots discussed will include ashwagandha, echinacea, valerian, marshmallow, and elecampane. Participants will get to harvest, clean, and prepare roots into an herbal remedy to take home.
