Trionfo Violetto Snap--very prolific dark purple pole beans. Beautiful violet flowers lead to zillions of dark purple beans. Purple color makes them easy to pick, but turn green when cooked. Tasty at any stage, but best when picked slim and flat, before the seeds swell noticeably. Grow on a trellis, bean tower, teepee, or fence. Keep well picked (every other day) and they will keep coming all season. A true garden friend, so productive I feel they are single handedly trying to keep my family from starvation. They freeze well too. 4-packs.
