Also known as bubble berries, fragaria moschata fruit has an intense musky flavor and aroma. Some liken it to bubblegum
Quantity:
Musk strawberries require male and female plants (dioecious). Therefore, it best to buy more than one plant. There is no way to determine the sex until the plants start fruiting. At that time excess males can be rogued out. Don't worry, plants produce abundant runners which will fill any spaces quickly. Plants are June bearing and may not produce fruit until the second year.
