Come get your hands dirty in the medicinal herb garden!  Many gardeners grow medicinal herbs, but hesitate when it comes time to dig up the roots.  Join us as we show you how to respectfully harvest and prepare medicinal roots to be used as medicine.  Roots discussed may include ashwagandha, echinacea, valerian, marshmallow, and elecampane. Participants will get to harvest, clean, and prepare roots into an herbal remedy to take home.

Workshop is beginner friendly, includes materials, and will last 1-2 hours.  Please register by 10/2/24 (last-minute attendees are welcome if spaces are available and class has at least four signed up).
